With the successful completion of the first phase of Ruige Company’s third-phase lathe operator training program, a solemn and meaningful apprenticeship ceremony has taken place as scheduled, marking the transition of the third-phase lathe operator training program into its second phase—where master and apprentice join hands to pass on their skills and expertise. This ceremony aims to build a sacred bridge that connects the hearts of masters and apprentices, thereby carrying forward the spirit of craftsmanship.
