On September 10, 2024, on this special day, Henan Ruige Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully held the Teachers’ Day and Completion Ceremony for the Mentorship Program. The purpose of this meeting was to summarize the achievements of the mentorship program, advance the development of our internal instructor team, and enhance the company’s three-level training system.

At the outset of the meeting, the moderator introduced the attendees, including company leaders, representatives from various department heads, mentor craftsmen, apprentices, and internal trainers. Their presence added a warm and vibrant atmosphere to this meeting.

Next, the project leaders responsible for mentoring positions such as lathe operators delivered their reports. Over the past period, the mentors have generously shared their expertise, while the apprentices have humbly embraced learning, enabling both sides to grow together. Through rigorous assessments and evaluations, a group of outstanding mentor-apprentice pairs has emerged. Company leaders presented them with certificates of honor and apprentice bonuses to recognize their exceptional performance in the mentoring program.
