From April 28 to 29, the Employee Skills Competition successfully concluded all its events and professional assessments, and on May 15, the awards ceremony was held smoothly, marking the official and successful close of this year’s competition.

This skills competition encompassed multiple job functions, including production, technology, quality control, and sales. The contestants demonstrated composure and a meticulous work ethic, paying close attention to detail and maintaining rigorous standards during hands-on tasks. In the competitive rounds, they showcased critical thinking and adaptability, fully embodying strong professional expertise and a spirit of striving for excellence.
Event Summary
Guo Guangjun, head of the Skills Competition Office, provided a comprehensive summary of the event, meticulously reviewing every aspect—from event organization and participants’ performances to key achievements—and offering precise commentary.
