The 6th Employee Skills Competition has come to a successful conclusion! From the enthusiastic kickoff meeting to the glorious awards ceremony, every moment has been filled with the passion and hard work of all participants, vividly demonstrating the company’s team values of “competing, learning, helping each other, and constantly surpassing targets.”
Competition Summary
Minister Guo Guangjun, head of the Skills Competition Office, provided a comprehensive summary of the competition, reviewing its highlights and the outstanding performances of the contestants.
Performance.
After 1.5 days of intense competition and with the active participation of 116 employees, the skills competition among 12 teams produced 29 winners! Among them, 6 people placed third, 10 people placed second, and 13 people placed first.
In this skills competition, compared to the first-place winners of each group in 2024, only three contestants managed to retain their titles—while the rest were all newcomers who claimed victory for the first time. The atmosphere of "competing, learning from one another, striving to improve, and surpassing previous goals" was strong, and highly skilled employees continue to emerge in large numbers.

During the competition, all contestants remained calm and composed, striving for perfection and demonstrating superb skills as well as a tenacious fighting spirit. Some focused meticulously on every operational detail, while others thought actively and responded flexibly to challenges, fully showcasing Rui Ge Company’s capabilities.
