In order to cultivate employees' team awareness and enhance mutual communication among employees the company organized employees to carry out Outward Bound on 5th September, 2018.

Before the activity the barrier between people was broken through a series of happy activities, the trust was established and the team atmosphere was created. According to the guidance of the coach all the staff were divided into four groups and various team names and songs with high melodies were produced through brainstorming of each group. With the formation of teams with distinct personalities such as "skyhawk team", "surpassing team", "Jiaolong team" and "battle wolf team", the company's Outward Bound training activities began under the team song full of lofty aspirations and loud.

During the outward bound we experienced trust back fall, crossing the power grid, graduation wall and other activities. At the campfire party in the evening the four groups organized singing, skits, cross talk and other talents, all the staff actively showed their talents.

With this order the trust back fall officially began. "Trust back fall" seems to be a very common sport. In fact it verifies the spiritual communication and credibility between people.We must fully believe in ourselves and our teammates we can fall without fear and we will not be injured. In the work it seems impossible to complete the task, first of all we are bound by ourselves then psychological panic and fear. If we are bravely taking steps we find that the original problem is not what we imagined. The team's encouragement and persistence enable us to overcome our fear,difficulties and move forward bravely.

"Crossing the power grid"-- there hang a "power grid" in front of all the team members. The holes on the network vary in size. All the staff will pass through one side of the network to the other side in turn within 50 minutes. No part of personnel is allowed to touch the net during this process. This activity reflects the overall cooperation and cooperation of the team. In this activity it shows the importance of resources, the overall cooperation and cooperation of the team. Only by relying on the strength of the team we can the task be successfully completed.

"Graduation wall" means that all members of the team need to climb over a smooth wall with a height of about 4.2 meters within the specified time. During this process we can not use any external tools including clothes, belts, ropes and so on. The only resource available is our body. This is another project that can only be completed by relying on the collective strength. At the beginning, everyone thought that it was a difficult and dangerous task but it was estimated that it would take half an hour or even an hour to pass. We first selected the commander-in-chief, then drew up a plan and used the method of "stacking human walls" to let the strong male colleagues act as the rest of the base to climb up those who climbed up the city wall laboriously pulled up the employees and successfully climbed over the high wall. At last we fixed in 7 minutes and 43 seconds.

After the activity all the team members applauded and cheered for the wonderful performance of themselves and the team. The scene at that moment was exciting. Outward bound is like a cup of tea, not only refreshing tea but also a deep friendship.

In the outward bound the well-designed outward bound projects have stimulated everyone's strong interest and enthusiasm. In the face of challenging projects all team members gathered their wisdom, worked together and completed the challenges with thinking and sweat successfully. They shared the joy of success and the passion of challenges. Everyone actively participated in the training, faced difficulties and challenged themselves boldly. The team members encouraged each other and did not escape or give up. All the teams successfully completed the training of various expansion projects. During the training, the team members fully realized the management consciousness and art closely related to work such as team trust, effective communication, transposition thinking, rational organization, leadership, execution and team cooperation.

At the end of the activity our company organized us to visit Guoliang village. Along the way everyone laughed, breathed the fresh air and appreciated the grandeur of the famous mountains.

This activity effectively enhanced the self-confidence、communication ability of the employees who participate in the training and enhanced their sense of unity and cooperation. Through mutual communication and learning, we realized the importance of mutual trust, teamwork and innovation which played a positive role in improving work efficiency,communication and coordination of various departments and improving execution.
