The RG213 series reducer is a single-stage electric‑drive gearbox, designed for medium‑size, high‑speed electric vehicles. Its housing is manufactured using die‑casting technology and high‑quality ductile cast iron, while the gears are made from 20CrMnTi low‑carbon alloy steel in accordance with GB/T 3077‑2015. The gear design incorporates an optimized high contact ratio, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, high transmission efficiency, and extended service life.
Technical parameters: 1. The gearbox is connected with electric motors’ output shaft which is 18 teeth. The motor’s assembling holes’ quantity is three or hole. 2. The gear ratio is 7.96/10.22/11.87/12.84/13.95:1. We can accept the customized dimension according to customer requirements
